Moore Recycle offers EPA Certified Recycling. We are a business to business (B2B) company that collects and melts down spent Lead Acid (PbA) Batteries within the United States of America (USA). Moore Recycle is also able to collect and process Lithium Ion Technology cells, units, packs and modules. This includes NMC, LTO and LFP technologies. As you may know, we only work with the world’s oldest and largest Lead Acid (PbA) battery recycler in the world. Their smelter operation melts down the vast majority of batteries within the USA and then sells the refined Lead (Pb) Ingots to all the major Battery Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to produce new batteries.
EPA Certified Recycling means that once your materials are received, processed, and recycled, your Company is furnished with a certification stating that they were recycled according to EPA standards. This indemnifies your business during any EPA or local inspections.
Vented Lead Acid (VLA) – Flooded
We offer battery recycling services for all Vented Lead Acid (VLA) batteries. From classic Rectangular flooded cells and units to Round cells, Moore Recycle provides EPA smelting solutions for these spent end-of-life battery assets.
Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VLRA) – GEL
Moore Recycle can collect and process Valve Regulated Lead Acid-Gelled electrolyte cells and units. These include units in steel modules
Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) – Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM)
Moore Recycle can collect and process Valve-Regulated Lead Acid—Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) electrolye cells and units. These include units in steel modules and UPS Modules in Plastic and Steel Shells. To complete our offering, we offer recycling on units and steel modules that contain Cadmium (Cd), such as the Absolyte Batteries.
Lithium Ion
Moore Recycle is able to collect and process Lithium Ion Technology cells, units, packs and modules. This includes NMC, LTO and LFP technologies.
APC Lead Acid (PbA) Modules
Moore Recycle is able to collect and process APC Lead Acid modules. This includes 141, 155 and SYBs.
